This brewery has variable beer offerings, though in general Polish IPA's are usually pretty good and great value.
Probably more English style than West Coast.
Looks pretty good, nice colour and head level. Aroma of sweet apricots.
By far the best offering from this brewer I have tried, by a mile. In addition to flavour, aroma and feel, it also has a better energy and makes you feel chilled out and happy when you drink it, I guess this is the hops. Many Polish IPA's have hops that taste a bit stale and with a lack of freshness, this however has hops that taste fresh...from the label there are both Polish and American hops.
The flavour overall is balanced, the alcohol content is low and there is not much overt bitterness of fruitiness. However, overall it works well as a cheap and easy drinking, smooth and balanced IPA. Would buy this one again, I think it could work well either at a usual IPA temperuture or chilled at lager temperature. However I wish they were more brave and made it stronger with lots more fresh hops!
