Mosaic and galaxy blend
Appearance: golden honey color, thin white head, lots of carbonation bubbles
Aroma: grass, honey, citrus, sweet notes as well
Palate: relatively bigger body for an APA, nice and bitter, right amount of booze level. Medium acidity.
Taste: great pine, citrus, hint of pineapple, and oranges. Nice hop kick
Overall: wow. Best use of mosaic hops I've had yet. This is easily in my top 10 for ipas. Right up there with HF, Alpine, FFF, and Jai alai. I haven't had the other hop varieties of this beer, but this one is flat out awesome.
SBW is tampas hidden gem. Love this brewery, and love this brew!
