Growler filled last night at the brewery.
Pours clouded typical almond amber, light tan head, fades to a fine bubble film, thicker collar and then leaving respectable thicker tongues of lacing.
Resin fueled hop nose.
Hoppy, densely flavorful and quite enjoyable stuff. Resins oozing, grapefruit biting, hop notes flaming, this is some seriously aggressive brew and I like it.
More high quality suds flowing out of the Peekskill Brewery - Well done
