The beer pours out in a slightly hazy and bright orange yellow color with a large fluffy head.
The aroma has a large amount of hops, floral and tropical hops, orange rind and citrus, a good amount of crackery malt.
The flavor follows with an orange peel, tropical fruits, and then onto floral hops. There's some crackery malt to keep the beer going and offer some substantive body. A clean and light beer however.
A well made IPA.

Delicious, crisp and aromatic IPA. Pours a brilliant yellow, light in body. Aroma and flavor are primarily floral and fruity hops with a big emphasis on orange rind. Malt character just peeks through, but quite dry and definitely hop focused. The character is a bit different than that of most IPAs -- the now-dominant west coast and new world character--and it is a nice change of pace.

A trip to PB, love this place.
A: Light yellow, hazy, very nice
S: Nothing! Where are the hops?
T: Again, I'm struggling to taste what's "IPA" about this brew. Pleasing malt and if I did for it I get a touch of citrus and some grassy flavor from the hopping but very subtle
M: About right
O: The one disappointment I had at PB.
