Heavily hazed, fine bubble off white head, leaves a tiny bubble film and nice looking fine sheeting
Earthy nose, with some pepper
Pleasingly earthy, with some light mint and some mustiness. Carbonation on the lower side.
Tasty, complex and highly enjoyable.
