Our ode to the Citra Hop and DeCicco Markets! Triple dry-hopped and brewed with wheat for a supremely drinkable, crisp pale wheat ale.

I'd be first to admit that I love a hoppy wheat beer. Probably take them over most session IPAs. This pour a typical pale straw with gold highlights. Pure white head, but very loose and disjointed. Smell is brilliantly tropical, juicy, piney, and plum-like. Wheat character diminished on nose. Super easy drinker. Light but has a crisp snap, not too dry, but has some spicy character. If I didn't know any better I'd say this beer has Mosaic written all over it, triple dry-hopped at that. Some honey biscuit malt base on palate, but the hops really shine. Sweet, spicy, tangy, citrusy, juicy hops.

1/2 growler filled at the DeCicco's in Ardsley, NY
Pretty typical looking Pale.
Light citric nose with oranges coming to mind.
Tasty, lighter, citric and dry in the finish. More oranges, wheat malts and some light honey. Quite enjoyable and super easy drinking.
