Draft at the brewery
Wild ale, 7%, Brett and spontaneous fermentation in the cool ship, then aged.
Pours hazed dull yellowish, minor head, leaves some delicate fine and ringed lacing.
Tart and zesty lemon infused nose
Moderate tartness, with biting sour lemon and some lime. Hints of some earty/yeasty fuk....delicious and just about the right amount of tart/sour for my taste buds.
Clean and crisp finish, great stuff....wild/sour lover get some when and if you see it again at PB

On tap at Peekskill. Crisp straw color with a moderate amount of haze. Bready nose with a light vinegar character cutting through. Aroma of honeydew and grapes also comes through. Malt vinegar hits the tongue first yet resists becoming mouth puckering. A pleasant sweetness blends in with more melon flavor and even a bit of peppery yeast. Awesome sour!
