Coffee IPA brewed with Chinook, Simcoe, and Mosaic Hops. Finished with cold extracted Costa Rica coffee from Coffee Labs Roasters of Tarrytown, NY.

Enjoyed at the Brewery and nowa few hours later at home from a 1/2 growler.
Pours hazed typical amber, moderate cap, then leaving an incomlete film, thin collar and nice looking fine strands and webs of lace.
Heavy coffee on the sniff
This will not be for everybody, cuz its flavorful and complex, with loads of coffee, and then hoppy goodness. Smooth and tasty....more quality suds from PB
