Brewed in collaboration with the Gingerman NYC for their new house beer! An American Brett Ale. Dry, tropical and refreshing. Big notes of pineapple, papaya and juicy citrus.

"This session IPA was loaded with citra, simcoe, cascade and mosaic hops from the pacific NW and fermented with our house Brett yeast."
On draft at the brewery and now enjoyed and reviewed from a 1/2 growler.
Pours clouded light creamy Amber, super fine bubble foam, leaves great looking fine sheets of lace.
Hint of tart yeasty nests and tropical fruit on the nose, with lemons coming to mind.
Mildly tart with more lemons on the tongue. Also get notes of pineapple and oranges. Slight tart note with some yeastyness in the finish....delicious...cries out for some goat cheese and crusty bread.
