This brand new tropical IPA is made with copious amounts of Amarillo and Mosaic hops!
A beer for the daily train commuter and weekend Hudson Valley explorer. Train Delay is heavily dry-hopped giving off a bright punch of lime, tangerine, and passion fruit.

A: The beer is quite hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left specks of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mangos and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of limes along with notes of herbs and hints of mangos. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes like a hybrid between a American IPA and a New England IPA. With all of the limes in the taste, this beer could pair well with Mexican food.
