On tap at Peekskill Brewery in Peekskill, NY.
This one pours a fairly dark brown color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like roasted malt and smoke, with a few whisps of chocolate as well.
This is fairly basic and no-frills, but ends up being pretty tasty anyway. The flavor profile is mostly roasted malt, with a touch of smoke and bitterness, and just a hint of chocolatey sweetness. It's nothing extraordinary, but it works well enough.
This is lighter bodied, and crisp, and mostly cleanly finished, with a great level of drinkability.
Peekskill has not really been the same the last few years. This isn't super exciting, but it's still a decent enough beer.
