A Peekskill Brewery foray into the world of soft fuzzy peaches brewed with a blend of our flagship ale and Belgian ale yeasts. Pale, hazy, golden and fruity with a lemon finish.

On tap at the brewery/restaurant last night. Poured cloudy and light, dull and yellowy. Minor head, but a nice looking fine bubble film and fine sheeting and wispy lace. Dull nose, perhaps a wiff of fruit. Zesty, light and citric brew. Decent wit. However I'm not picking up much more then a hint of peaches here. Summertime brew, went well with the tasty salads on the menu. (the crabmeat and avocado salad sticks in the memory)
