On tap @ the brewery this evening. Poured heavily clouded light apricot, tight knit off white head, sheeting and some lace. Nondescript nose, perhaps some hoppy pepper, and oddly muted salad type spice. Flavorful in a saisonesque kind of way, quite hoppy and crisp in the finish. Flavors seem sort of muted and muddled with some fruit, pepper and vaguely oregano and perhaps the advertized rosemary. Not bad, I believe this is the first voyage into a Belgian style brew from Peekskill. Worth a try, and it washed down my veggie wrap and salad pretty well
