A: Really nice looking deep amberish red color. A finger and a half of billowy white head with very good lacing.
S: The nose was a little tight but the rye really came across nicely. A nice earthy spiciness with a touch of bread thrown in. Just what you are looking for in a rye beer.
T: The taste had a really nice rye profile. The malt was there and bready but they really just let the rye shine. Spicy. Earthy. Nicely balanced.
M: Glorious creamy mouthfeel. Super creamy. Filling without being overwhelming.
D: I loved this beer. Great rye taste and the mouthfeel was out of this world. Recommended.
