Live review
Pours a slightly cloudy amber, topped briefly by a thin white head. A swirl puts some bubbly lace on glass.
Aroma is neutral sweet, a hint of tart yeast, mango, melon, and citrus.
Med./full flavor, starts with some great mango and adds a bit of neutral sweet, some floral and hints of citrus, even lighter hint of drying pine, and ends with some clean bitter drying the sip.
Quite full bodied, and viscous, yet creamy, easy drinking, low carb., and refreshing. Clean, perfect finish.
Another gem from a new force of Mid Hudson Valley brewing. Bring 'em on Jeff! A thirsty public appreciates you being here! Get this if you see it, you will enjoy.

ENjoyed out of a pint glass
A: pours an amber color with about 1" of a white colored head. LEaves nice lacing when disappears.
S: Smell is very fruity, citrusy, smells of a member of the orange family, my guess is clementine or tangerine. There are also a nice hoppy scent and slight malts in the nose as well.
T: taste mimics the scent. Strong citrus taste, again i believe clementine flavor. Not extremely hoppy but well balanced with the citrus flavor. Starts off with a citrusy blast and finishes with a strong piney hop flavor. Also a nice malty complement to add to the mix.
M: consistency is very good for a pale ale. Citrus and hops coat the palate in a good way and leaves the mouth watering, waiting for another sip.
Overall, really like this pale ale, the citrusy clementine flavor and piney hops were a great combination, love the balance. Very well brewed, recommend without a doubt. I personally have a pale ale brewing now with clementine and lemon so this ale made me look forward to tasting mine even more.

Another new one from PB. Galaxy hop pale ale, on tap at the brewery.
Pours hazed typical honey amber, minor off white head leaves a fine film and lacing in near respectable proportions.
minty hop nose
Well hoped and quite flavorful APA, hops are minty and earthy, with grapefruit & pinapple notes. Malty undercoating balances things out.
Well crafted and enjoyable. The brews keep improving making PB and Peekskill in general more of a worthy beer destination.
