A- opaque golden, 2 finger head that lingers for a while and leaves great lacing.
S- grapefruit, piney, earthy, fruity, citrusy.
T- great grapefruit flavor, blast of piney, fresh hops after the initial taste. finishes citrusy with grapefruit flavor
M- full body, decent carbonation, slight tingle finish from hops.
O- great depth of flavor!

Third beer of the evening and was not surprised after the first two.
It was a sort of OK, if boring beer. I'd drink it if it were in front of me with only Bud as an option but wouldn't go out of my way for it.
As with the other Peekskill Brewery beers I tried there was nothing memorable or worth a trip out of the way for.
