Growler pour from the brewery and enjoyed 30 mins later at home. I read the other 2 reviews posted so far and agree...

Spot on, Belgian SPA.

Great looking, hazed light dull golden, near white head, that stays at the very thick film level, tiny bubbels on the rise.

On the nose its lime and more lime

Then, I get biting lime, juniper, pepper, pine apple/grapefruit, alright some leather. Super dry hopped up finish.

Crisp/dry/tasty/fresh.... Great stuff...8% BTW

Peekskill Brewery is currently crushing out several top quality brews...go get some

Growler poured into a snifter

A cloudy golden yellow in color with a one finger paper white cap. Some good retention with clingy lace. Head falls to form some big patches over the liquid as you work your way through.

Simple yet complex. Band aid, leather, and horse blanket with some mild citrus and earthy bitterness. A balanced complexity.

Soft wheat delicately rolls onto the palate with citrus and brett quickly in tow. Band aid/herbal/medicinal funk with a dose of horse blanket and leather mid palate before a citrus and earthy funk bitterness. Amarillo is such a delicate hop, it complements the brett profile extremely well.

Light to medium body, smooth for the most part. The Brett imposes a bit of a prickly nature, but it is light. Finish is bretty/earthy/citrus funk.

Easily the most simple yet complex beer I have come across. The Brett is well balanced by the delicate amarillo. This beer is delicious in all the right places.
