Bottled by brew master Kevin Pratt and enjoyed on a beer tour to Sonoma.
A - Light golden-blonde pour, with a 1/2 finger head. Doesn't really dissipate, but leaves a crown.
S - Belgian candi sugars and coriander.
T - Fairly similar. Not much difference in taste.
M - Full-bodied with an all around moderately viscous mouthfeel.
D - Fairly good. Personally, I enjoy more flavorful tripels, but this one is still a good example.
