Poured from a 75cl bottle purchased at the brewery. It's an opaque yellow-gold with a creamy white head that starts nearly an inch tall and, though it slowly shrinks a bit, it stayed from beginning to end.

Fruity, hoppy and a bit malty on the nose. It really sparkles in the mouth — very bubbly but with a dry finish. Tastes a bit citrusy and has spicy, slightly bitter notes. The aroma is great, but the taste doesn't quite stack up.

This has a pretty dry feel for a tripel, but it is satisfying. I don't get even a hint of alcohol, making it dangerously drinkable for an 8.5% beer.
