Appears pretty good, nice orange glow, not much head to speak of though.

Ugh. This might just be old, the oxidation is now the only real aroma component. Hints of caramel or toffee and unfermented wort.

Tastes pretty much as the nose led me to believe. Caramel dipped cardboard... and some stale booziness.

Mouthfeel is actually great. Feels soft and smooth, then carbonation builds on the palate to a nice creaminess without feeling too dry or foamy.

Overall, I would never pay the price again ($5 for a little bottle of lager) for this beer- Unless I absolutely knew it was fresh.

Picked up a bottle at Hall's (the "go to" store in DFW for beers). No date on bottle, but looks well taken care of with no scuffing of glass, cap, or label. Poured into a pint glass. A slightly hazed, dark straw and a few floaters noted. Ample, fluffy head with easy pour. Quickly faded to collar and thin sheet from continuous CO2 bubbles. A unique lager aroma for sure: herbal hops, a spice note like cinnamon, and perhaps a hint of dried fruit like apricot. The malt is caramel and cracker. Medium bodied and carbonation. Flavors finish clean and just left with a hint of herbal bitterness.

I drank this from a bottle into a pint glass.

This beer is brewed exclusively for Nobu Restaurant so its very hard to find. I drank it at the Nobu in Las Vegas.

It pours a medium gold with a white head that doesn't last long and no lacing.

The smell is very unique, it is hoppy with accents of butter and a couple other things I could never put my foot on.

It tastes light throught nothing really ever hits you, some grass and hops.

Nobu food is great, beer not really, but its cool to drink something so rare.
