We brewed ourselves a birthday present for our 5th year in business! It’s a strong, golden IPA hopped with a celebratory amount of Centennial, Bravo + Cascades, and then dry-hopped with Summit and Centennials. Happy birthday to Earth!

Draft at the brewpub in a 13 oz glass on EBB’s 5th anniversary.. The beer is a golden amber in color, topped with a white head that falls to a thin layer, leaving some lace. Loaded with pungent juicy citrus and oily rind with fresh, sappy green pine notes. Grapefruit and orange. Malts bring honey and pale caramel, appropriately sweet. Medium in body with a low to moderate, smooth carbonation. Firmly bittered but not overpowering. Strong alcohol as it warms. A high quality, delicious version of the style.
