Had this on 2014-08-02 at the Beer Camp Across America Event in Philadelphia, PA (from tasting notes( The brewer called this an Amber Porter.
A - Clear copper-gold with little head and light lace. Note, this was served in a 4 oz tasting glass so head and lace are less meaningful.
S - Coffee and piquant fruit. Surprising. Nice.
T - Coffee, roasted bitter, milk, touch of sour, graham cracker, fruit.
M - Light-medium feel and carbonation.
O - Very unusual but I quite enjoyed it.
