On tap at Earth.
Chalkboard noted that they used bread yeast for this beer.
Poured a cloudy, pale, amber color, with a medium-sized white head. Crackery yeast in the nose, light fruity notes. Almost came off like a Belgian ale tastewise, and as they had a Belgian golden ale on tap also, I thought maybe I got the wrong beer, but the bartender said that's what it was. Hmm. Like the aroma, crackery malts, notes of stone fruit, and floral hops. Light-medium body, and quaffable. Loses points overall, because it really didn't come off much like an APA to me.
