On nitro at the brewery. Labeled as a "homebrew winner."
Dark black pour, topped with a dense nitro head. Great retention and lacing. Roasty aroma, dark malts and coffee, balanced with honey sweetness. Taste was very good, roasty dark malts, smooth coffee, honey sweetness, notes of marshmallow and toffee. Nitro was definitely a good choice for this brew, giving it a lush mouthfeel, full body, and overall smooth drinkability. Cheers!
