Appearance - Large frothing dense head. Sustained for minutes. Orange-copper color. Translucent
Smell - Spicy, funky, cheesey, and zesty with some dried apricot and orange.
Taste - Similar to nose with some candied fruit and malt struggling to be heard. Finishes leaving your tongue vibrating.
Mouthfeel and Drinkability - Both good due to spicy "alive" character in finish.
Overall the beer is light but it tells a full story. As it warms the funk increases. This beer is spicy, tart, sweet and alive with a sizzle.

Appears a transparent light gold with a small white head that slowly fades into a mild collar. Spotty lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of fruity esters up front with highlites of white grapes, and ripe bananas.
The taste really seems to come together with a grainy, yeasty vanilla version of the mentioned aromas rounding out the overall flavors.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth, with notes of freshly cracked grain hitting the palate.

This beer came a bright pale copper with a creamy collar that left some nice lace.
Smells cool and crisp with a little musky bite of sour grain and a distant cranberry. There's a floral pepper on top with a pinch of salt. A faint strawberry hides in the distance adding continuity.
Tastes of a peppery sour dryness with touches of tomatoe and celery. There's also a dry bite of clean earthy hops. Nice balance here.
Feels a little thick, but clean with a nice micro-rasp of carbonatoin.
I'm a bit uncertain about this style in general, but I really enjoyed this one.
