This beer came a bright golden color with a little haze in the middle. There is an irregular film floating on top.

Smells of tart apricots, green grapes and a touch of bubble gum with a backing of dry, light toasty grains, much like some breakfast cereal.

Tastes sweet and fruity with dry toasted grains, toasted marshmallows and white toast. In the background is a nectarine and sweet pineapple. What adds an amazing amount of balance and complexity is a dry autumn leaf and birch bark. The balance here is out of this world and enticing to boot.

Feels clean, dense and sandy.

Nice! The balance here is great and the fruity notes that came out make this one a joy to drink.
