On tap at the brewpub on 2/18/10.
A-Pours a cloudy medium brown with a frothy white head. leaves some good sticky lacing.
S-Biscuity malt and earthy hops.
T-Much like the nose, a good solid biscuit malt backbone in the front with a nice bite of earthy hops in the finish. Very nice for the style.
M-Light to medium bodied with just a bit of lingering bitterness.
D-Really nice sessionable ale. Lots of flavor for a 5% IPA. Well done.
