Bad bungee on the tap at earth bread after some banging flatbread.
Bill comes out looking the part with a bold dark cloak of deep brownish tinty red liquid with some dark tan on the top yet not exploding out of bounds belgian like, no lace. Smells of sweet maltyness with chocolate pieces, roast pebbles and some dark fruit action. Taste of toasted malt sweetness with some roast and some packaged nuts dipped in applesauce and light plum juice. Small nibs of black chocolate, toffee and a breath of earth from a light hopping. Very sweet and malty on the mouth, not intrusive in any way, medium build, medium carb build. I would not drink this till the cows came home but I enjoyed my 13oz pour.
