Enjoyed at Nodding Head's Royal Stumble 11. Described as being brewed with rice, buckwheat and sorghum - no malts or hops. Lactobacillus was used as well. Beer is also gluten free. Probably should be classified as something other than a wit, but it's the closest I could come to.
Talk about a session beer. Only 2.5% ! Very quaff-able. Lemonade like almost. Spices and banana are there as well. I could throw these back all day. One of my favorites this year at the stumble.
