Dorothy is the 2nd in the golden girls series. Hilarious.
A- a nice two fingers of eggshell head from a hard pour that settles quickly leaving a small ring on top and a spray of sticky lace. This brew is the definition of amber in color with a good bit haze to it.
S- very crisp and clean with a fresh doughy wheat hit and solid cardamom spiciness.
T- opens up with a load of cardamom that dominated the palate. Hints of lightly sweet wheat buried underneath with a touch of floral honey. Long spicy finish that reminds me of a baked good.
M- light body with a nice crisp less then medium carb.
O- tasty but a touch to heavy on the cardamom for me. Now with the right food paring this would work wonderfully with this brew.
