First had: on tap at their brewpub
Very nice, enjoyable beer. Poured a mellow mahogany color, slightly hazy, with a nice, creamy, off-white head that retained well and left a bit of lacing on the glass. Light aroma, vegetal, with hints of dried fruits. Nice taste, very mellow and mild, toasted bread crust, grass, floral and leafy, earthy, with notes of oregano and even a bit of black olives, I thought. Smooth, dry in the finish, and at 4%, an extremely sessionable selection; tasty even if not exploding with flavor. A very good crack at a gruit from Earth Bread.
