On tap at the Drafting Room during their recent hopfest event.
The beer pours a honey gold color with good head retention lacing. I pick up some dry citrus and light white pepper on the nose, and you can tell there will be some hoppy goodness in this beer. On the palate, I get the expected dry citrus and pepper, but with a hint of honey and sweet ice tea as well. The hoppy bitterness comes on strong in the finish, and tends to dominate the flavor profile (which is fine by me). The beer is medium bodied at most, and actually comes across as light and drinkable (just noticed the abv., so I guess that figures). The finish is long, dry and pretty bitter in this pleasant IPA.
Nothing earth shattering here, but a pretty decent IPA.

First had: on tap at Earth Bread, Philly, PA
Poured a slightly hazy copper color with a small cap of bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus and fresh grassy hops overlaid on a solid malt backbone. Well-balanced taste of a good hop medley and sweet biscuity malts, honey, citrus pith, grass, and a touch of pine needles. Light-medium mouthfeel, and quite nice overall.
