Listed as a "hard soda."
Cola brown pour, with a fizzy beige head that retained well and left spots of lacing on the glass. Sweet root beer aroma with hints of licorice and spice. A distinct taste of chewy, roasty dark malts up front gave way to notes of licorice, root beer/sarsaparilla, and mint. Body was about light-medium, and thinner like a soda, but still actually quite creamy in the mouthfeel, due to the lower carbonation and chewy maltiness. This was an interesting beer-soda hybrid, easily drinkable, quite tasty and well-done overall.
