T-Model pours light amber with barely a ring of foam. Predominantly smelling of toasted multigrain bread with a touch of yeast, clearly this beer is not the adventurous type. Predictably, the taste follows closely in the footsteps of the nose - dry toasted malt with a clean finish. Balance is the highlight here. A beer that doesn't seek compliments, but seeks to compliment - a meal, a conversation, a respite from the bustling day. And in that, T-Model succeeds admirably.
