1/2 gallon growler.
Perfectly clear scarlet red hue. A small bubbly beige head forms and disappears just as quickly. Lace is negligible. Aroma is full of fruit, figs and rum. Taste is subtle for a big ol Scotch Ale. Flavorful, but subtle. Slight notes of roasted malt, figs and rum soaked raisins. Scotch notes as well. The heat is held in check and this is quite drinkable. Mouthfeel is very low on CO2, which I've experienced with "cask" grolwers before. The body is about medium or so. Tasty brew.
