Came in a growler, poured with no head. Tasted flat, looked like colored water. Stay away from it

Brownish red with a creamy head
aroma is peat-like
almost like scotch whiskey
some chocolate notes on the taste with a little of the scotch whiskey flavor
medium bodied
a little sticky and sweet in the mouth
.sweet toffee...some smokiness..
Interesting but one is enough .They did not really explain to me what this is real well. A blend of their Scottish ale and stout apparently not sure if they actually blended the two after they were brewed or if this was styled to be a mix .in any case a worthy effort but would fit better in the late fall as a seasonal
