The brewery just brought this one back to my knowledge as I had a 20 oz serving of it! If you buy this beer some of the proceeds will go towards helping the fight against cancer!
Appearance: A hazy gold with a two finger off white head that reduced fast.
Mouthfeel: Thick
Smell: Sage, Coriander, Oats, Oranges
Taste: Coriander, Orange, and bubblegum
Overall, this is a good beer. It made me like Granite City again!

Pale cream colored yellow. Like creamed corn in a way. Very thick fogginess. Hefty white head. Thick and rocky. Great retention. Aroma is very fragrant. Like a stroll through a thick patch of wildflowers. (I can hear the bees humming....) I like the smell. Pretty heavy with the corrriander and orange notes. But also some tart lemon aspects as well. Quite nice tasting as well. Mabye bit too perfumey for me on the buds, but that's being a little picky. Overall it's very pleasant. Lemony. Wheat tanginess. Slight bitterness. Quite the enjoyable wit.

The bright yellow hazy color of this beer is very inviting. This is one of the more tangy wits I have tried both in aroma and flavor.. Part of the tang is from a nice spicy hop presence with almost no bitterness. I enjoyed this one.
