Copenhagen 3/10 2023. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. A modern update of Yugoslavian cartoon figure Professor Baltazar standing in front of his idiosyncratic machines on the label.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven,, fluffy and lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a light scent of citrus and freshly mown grass. Sweet pale malts, lemon and a bit of citrus.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
A quite flat but worthy tribute to Professor Baltazar.

500ml bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grasses, caramel and toffee. Sweet toasted caramel taste with a grassy bitterness.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the Ul. Ivana Tkalcica location as part of a seven sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that left some lace. The scent had nice fruity hoppy notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle bitter fruit hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

The bottle has a really great design.
Smell is fruity, with hints of caramel.
The color is nice, although the beer is not that clear.
Taste is sweet, IPA like, with just the perfect amount of bitterness.
Great drinkability. I was really pleasantly surprised. Too bad I didn't buy more of them on my trip to Croatia!
