On tap at Note Bene in Prague from my last trip there, reviewed from my notes.
A: Nice creamy 1.5 finger head that fades slowly, nice soapy lacing, light hazy golden honey colored.
N: Again light fruity grassy hops, similar to most of the APAs here, probably all the same hop supply from U.S. light floral and grassy, bit of citrus, more Cascade variety like hop but nice fruity on top, hint of light sweet malty balance.
T: Bright and crisp, floral citrus and fruity hops at first, fair bitterness with some spicy hop qualities, bit of candied orange peel hops too. Then light sweet malts, little candy like, with a nice hop malt sweet balance, but a bit too syrupy in the end. Reddish candy malt and caramel, syrupy malts lingering on the finish, with light spicy hops.
M: Med bod, nice carb but a bit too syrupy.
O: Ok, but not too great, needs a little work to be great, but most of the beers I've had here were awesome, except when they try to make an American style, then they seem to fall short as I have had so many good ones from U.S.
