Served by the brewer at Belmont Station Fringe Fest via handpump (!), 7.24.2010.

Half a finger creamy white head, very slow dissipation with significant lacing, huge legs running down the sides of the glass. Hazy amber body, no visible carbonation, this is Real Ale, brother. Bready nose balanced with some floral hops. Taste is a wee bit on the sweet side up front, firm malt backbone in the middle, leading to a smooth bitter finish, very close to style. Mouthfeel is pretty smooth, no effervescence, just Real Ale goodness, medium and a bit sticky. Very drinkable, quite sessionable, and IMHO a great cask EBB. One of the best beers I've had this year.Highly recommended.
