Pours a dark brown color. Head retention is there, which is surprising since this beer was brewed with meat. Aroma is crazy! Smoked meats and charred malts. The flavor has a bacon note paired with a robust malt body. Brisket additions create a distinct meaty flavor that works surprisingly well the stout base. Full bodied and creamy meat stout. Overall, this was an awesome beer to try.
