tap, seasonal/rotating
Pours a slightly hazy amber with a sudsy white head, retains as a lacing.
Mildly bitter grassy malts in the nose with detectable grapefruit hops.
Bready and grassy malts balance out with a light citrus hop bitterness.
Medium body with a prickly carbonation on the tongue.
Not very potent, but what is there is a good flavor balance and that very clean taste that all BC beers seem to have. The body is good, easy to drink, worth trying if you catch it on tap, but nothing groundbreaking.
