On tap, at the brewery. Poured into a 16 ounce nonic pint glass.
Appearance - A nice, deep golden color. Moderate head that disappears after a while. Mild stickage.
Smell - Hops (pine needles).
Taste - Hop forward, to be sure. Tart. Crisp. A touch spicy. The malt plays second fiddle here.
Mouth - Crisp. Slightly fizzy.
Overall - It's not that the beer is super hoppy, it's just that there is very little malt foundation to balance things out. A good beer but not a great beer.

Looks like bmc with a fractional amount of less of water. Aroma really lacked hops. Really bad.
Taste was all english pale ale at best. Super mild, grainy. Burton guy. Limestone. There really isn't much to speak of, just really a beer without much in the way of hops, bitterness, flavor, etc. . .

Malty aroma has a good yeasty overtone and a hint of apple. Pours a lovely clear orange-golden amber with a fairly thick and frothy cream-white head that leaves some good lacing. Malty flavor has subtle fruity and grassy notes, enjoyable if nothing special. Texture has about average body and not much fizz. If not a spectacular ale, worthy of at least a try.

Pours a brown just the light side of medium with orange highlights. Head is small and short-lived, off-white in color. No lace. Weirdly, there is some sediment in the bottle while there is no indication of bottle conditioning mentioned anywhere.
Smell is a bit funky, malt, light hops, maybe some light fruits. Balance is decent and the funky side is not off-putting, just odd in a pale ale. Smell is reminiscent of a saison.
Taste is malt, funk, hops, and nothing else. The funk outweighs the rest slightly but not enough to make it undrinkable. If this were labeled a saison, I could believe it. It wouldn't be a very good one, but it seems closer than calling it a pale ale. There are notes of medicine and green wood in the aftertaste.
The body is fairly weak, not even reaching to medium. Carbonation is a little low but not outside the expected range. As it warms a harshness creeps in, exacerbating the medicinal and wood notes. Drink faster!
There really isn't much to recommend this one. Sorry, folks.
