Bright yellow gold, with a moderate head that settles to a long-lived cap. Lots of carbonation happening. Overall interesting to look at. Sourness on the nose right away, lemon and mango. And something oddly soapy going on. Profoundly lemony to taste. Dry tea-like mouthfeel up front, pleasantly sharp and tart. Interesting and drinkable.
