We are commemorating 150 years of lacrosse in Peterborough with a special edition Light Lager! Peterborough is Canada’s lacrosse capital, with 29 National titles, including an elusive PERFECT 46-0 season accomplished by its 1974 Junior A team. Like the Publican House, the tradition of excellence continues in Peterborough! Cheers to 150 years!

Only very slightly hazed gold. Lots of active carbonation for looking at, not so much on the palate. Subdued hops and malts on the nose. Juicy and buttery to taste. Heavier mouthfeel than expected for a light lager. Odd after taste. Not a stellar effort. These guys usually do better.

Brewed in recognition of Peterborough's long lacrosse history and in support of local amateur clubs. Drink up, I guess.
