355ml can poured into pilsner glass 22/8/12 from notes
A pale straw yellow quite light even for a pil, well carbonated with enough bubbles too sustain a a finger of foam for quite a while leaving several partial rings of lace. I think its hard for a beer too look bad in my ma's beautiful crystal beer glasses, not sure why she owns them too drink her macros?
S lots of noble hops a little hay and some sweet grains, smells pretty good for the style
T some fruity notes and cereals on top of the nose, a slight metallic flavor but it doesn't hurt its cause
M a little light even for a pilsner but there's enough bubbles too give it some life, crisp and nearly a clean finish
O I thought this one was a decent example of the style, well balanced with a nice noble profile and some sweet grains
I'm hoping the rest of my mixed 6er is of this quality because I rather liked this one

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
