Served on-tap at Al's of Hampden.
A - Pours clear golden yellow with a one finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving sticky webs of lace down the sides of the glass.
S - Smells of fresh cut grass, citric fruit zest and bit of lightly toasted caramel malt. Citra hops shine strong but are balanced well.
T - Starts off with a bright citric hop bite that slowly gives way to hints of grass, fruit rind and the lightly toasted caramel malt. Finish is a bit sweet with plenty of bitterness, lingering long after the finish.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Slick, hoppy feel with a bit of sweetness mixing with the bitterness.
O - Loved the first batch of this because the citra hops were in your face loud, this batch is more balanced. Worth a shot if you are a hop head.
