Served on-tap at Al's of Hampden.
A - Pours hazy golden yellow with a small half finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving small streaks of lace down the sides of the glass.
S - Smells of peaches, tropical fruit, grassy hops, chewy wheat and mild malty sweetness. The peach is stronger than I thought it would be, threatening to overpower the hops.
T - Starts off with the peach and tropical fruit quickly giving way to the chewy wheat, mild sweetness and hop bitterness. Finish is fruity sweet, not lingering for very long after the finish. A bit more balanced than the nose but the peach is still a little strong.
M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Fruity, slightly chewy feel from start to finish. Little to no booze present.
O - The peach is strong but not overpowering. A nice peach IPA with plenty of flavor to go around. I had no problem finishing my two glasses over the course of my visit.
