Pours dark like a porter. Exhibits many of the same characteristics. Strong sour edge that is a punch in the mouth and does not show any subtleties at all. At first it was a bit much but I suppose I got used to it and found it very nice. For me, I don't need a load of complexities in my sours (which frankly, Pizza Boy doesn't quite seem able to deliver). Just give me the funk and we'll call it a day.
