Served on-tap at Al's of Hampden.
A - Pours slightly hazy copper orange with a small half finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light ring around the edge of the glass, leaving very little it any lace on the glass.
S - Smell is very light. Hints of caramel and toffee sweetness, very faint hops and some mildly toasted grains.
T - Starts off with some toasty malt slowly being joined by some light hop bitterness and the caramel/toffee sweetness combo. Finish is pretty clean, maybe some toasty sweetness, not lingering for very long.
M - Medium-Light body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, slightly sweet feel makes it easy to consume.
O - Easily the most tame beer from Pizza Boy to date. I have never been a fan of the style for obvious reasons but I see the appeal for the non craft drinkers to have a beer to drink.
